1. From what time is the room that I booked?
Our goal is to reduce your waiting time at the lowest possible! If your room has not been occupied the night before the day of your arrival, you will find the room ready early in the morning. Otherwise, we will prepare it for you as soon as it released, with the utmost care for thorough cleaning and a complete reorganization of the room and in any event no later than 14.00 on the same day the room will be prepared and at your disposal.
2. In the day of departure until now I can use my room?
The room on the day of departure must be vacated by 10.00 am. Upon request, and subject to availability, can be programmed to use the room for a long time (eg until the evening). The option must, however, be expressly agreed with the reception, and may provide an additional cost (Day Use).
3. Where can I park my car?
The hotel (subject to availability) of a gated parking lot not guarded, (priced at € 5/7 per day depending on the season) we recommend booking your place, which is subject to verification of availability. However, for those who want to make free use of the public car parks, the area shall have them with sufficient quantities in the vicinity.
4. How is the service of the beach?
The hotel La Perla Preziosa has a private beach with all amenities. All clients can use it for free as inclusive in the hotel rate. Each hotel room has in fact available n 1 umbrella, 1 deckchair n, n 1 sun lounger. Excluded are the first 2 rows facing the sea. The same can be booked on the basis of a small extra charge and subject to availability.
5. The hotel is open all year round? The restaurant is always operating?
The hotel La Perla Preziosa is open 345 days a year, except for a small holiday period from January 3 to January 26 of each year). The restaurant service is always active and is carried out in the inn Tipicò (restaurant open to the public outside the hotel), throughout the period, except for the summer period (June to September) when it is opened, also, the restaurant Titanic. Breakfast can be enjoyed, without interruption, from 08:00 to 9:30. The lunch instead of from 12:45 to 14:00 and dinner from 19:45 to 21:00.
6. The hotel is designed to accommodate small children?
The hotel La Perla Preziosa houses for many years even younger children with the same impeccable style that welcomes all its customers. In particular, as regards the restoration, no problem for the preparation of meals and special dishes on request (with notice directly at our restaurant). Also inside the restaurant you will find a special corner fully equipped and available to all mothers who request it. Note: Access to the restaurant for children up to 3 years is open 30 minutes prior to opening to all customers (see also the site under Family Hotel).
7. What kind of service does the hotel restaurant?
The Titanic restaurant and inn Tipicò, cared by the maître Fabrizio Polini, are the pride and boast a long tradition for the high level of service and quality of cuisine, run by Chef Sergio Acciarini. During the summer, you can dine at the hotel by choosing from a wide range of dishes from the menu of the day (different menu, with a choice of 3 starters and 3 main courses of meat and fish with a rich buffet of vegetables, in addition to the light menu and the kids menu). The Marche cuisine with typical specialties and international cuisine.
8. There is the possibility to connect to the Internet?
The hotel La Perla Preziosa offers from each room of the hotel and all internal and external environment (including the garden), wi-fi Internet connectivity thanks to the complete wireless coverage hotel. It also available an internet point free of charge and accessible 24 hours 24 available to customers, in the area of reception.
9. What is included in the half board and full board?
If you book a room with the formula of half board and full board, in addition to the master bed and breakfast, you can choose between lunch and dinner in the first case, and has both the services included in the second case. Drinks are not included in the packages. Excludes drinks at the bar, the bar fridge (activated upon request at a cost of € 30 per week including 2 bottles of water, two drinks and two juices per day and consumption). 10. Pets are accepted at the hotel?
Yes, but only small (max. 7/8 kg only allowed in the room and not in a restaurant) and for a small fee (usually € 50.00 weekly - the only cost for the sanitation of the room on departure).
11. Is it true that the railway passes close to the hotel?
Yes, unfortunately it is true, in the vicinity of the hotel, pass the railroad tracks, as indeed pass near places hundreds of other hotels on the beach on the Adriatic coast, from Venice to Brindisi. Moreover, in the 40/50, when it was built Adriatic railway tracks were placed right next to the sea, first because those lands were uncultivable due to their sandy and rocky composition and because, given the plain of the sea coast was easier to build it. Our hotel is located not far from the tracks, but it is also true that the train passes quickly in 30 seconds, the windows are soundproofed with double glazing, shutters and heavy curtains, then closing them noises are acceptable. The advantage of being right on the sea front and a short walk from the historic center, is well worth this small inconvenience.

Yes, inside the hotel there is a bar open 16 hours a day which also offers a wide range of long and short drinks, ice cream and snacks to be eaten in the garden in front of the pine forest, enjoying good music, evenings of entertainment and piano bar.

No, the various offers and discounts from facts can not be combined and are intended for the individual proposals and valid for the period of time indicated!
15. Can I get a sea view room?
The hotel is just a few floors of the building, the rooms are for the most part in a perpendicular position to the sea, only some rooms have a view on a glimpse of the sea. It's possible to request a room facing towards the sea, (there will be a small fee) but for organizational reasons, we can not guarantee 100% that request is granted.
16. I have an allergy / intolerance, celiac disease, hotel offers adequate food?
It's possible to request the preparation of menus, cooked separately, with no premium at the time of booking.
