1. What time is the room that I have booked?
Our goal is to reduce your wait as soon as possible! If your room has not been occupied the night before the day of your arrival, you will find the room already ready from the morning. If not, we will prepare it for you as soon as it is freed, with the utmost care for a perfect cleaning and a complete rearrangement of the room assuring that after 14.00 of the same day the room will be prepared and at your disposal.

2. On the day of departure until what time can I use my room?
The room on the day of departure must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. On request, and depending on availability, the use of the room can be programmed for an extended time (for example until evening). However, the option must be expressly agreed with the reception and can provide an additional cost (Day Use).

3. Where can I park my car?
The Hotel La Perla invaluable has (until exhausted) a parking lot fenced but not guarded, (at the price of Euro 3/5 per day depending on the seasonality) we recommend the reservation of the place, which is subject to availability check. However, for those who want to make free use of public parking, the area has enough quantity in the vicinity of the hotel.

4. How is the beach service organized?
The hotel La Perla invaluable has private bathroom owned with all services. All customers can use it for free as inclusive in the hotel rate. Each hotel room has in fact available n 1 parasol, n 1 deckchair, n 1 sun bed. Excluded are the first 4 rows facing the sea. The same can be booked because of a small fee and depending on availability.

5. Is the hotel open all year round? Is the restaurant always operational?
The hotel La Perla invaluable is open 345 days a year, except for a small period from 3 January to 26 January of each year). The restaurant service is always operational and is carried out in the Locanda Tipicò (restaurant also open to the public outside the hotel), throughout the period, except for the summer period (from June to September) when it is opened, also, the restaurant Titanic. Breakfast can be consumed uninterruptedly from 08:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Lunch instead from 12:45 to 1:45 and dinner from 19:45 to 8:45 p.m.

6. Is the hotel organized to accommodate small children?
The hotel La Perla invaluable has been hosting for many years even the youngest children with the same impeccable style with which it welcomes all its customers. In particular, with regard to catering, there is no problem for the preparation of meals and special dishes on request (with notice directly at our restaurant). Also inside the restaurant you will find a special corner perfectly equipped and available for all moms who request it. Note: Access to the restaurant for children up to 3 years is allowed 30 minutes before opening for all customers. (See also the website below Family Hotel)

7. What kind of service does the hotel restaurant offer?
The Titanic Restaurant and the Locanda Tipicò, curated by the maître Paolo Ciroe, are the pride of the hotel and boast a long tradition for the high level of service and quality of the cuisine, directed by chef Lorenzo Davila. During the summer season, it is possible to have lunch or dinner in the hotel choosing from a rich series of dishes offered from the menu of the day, (always different menus, with choice between 3 first and 3 seconds based on meat and fish with rich vegetable buffet, besides the menu light and the M Enù children). Kitchen with specialties typical of the Marche and International.

8. Is there a possibility to connect to the Internet?
The Hotel La Perla invaluable offers from each room of the hotel and from every indoor and outdoor environment (including garden), Wi-Fi Internet connectivity thanks to the complete wireless coverage of the hotel. There is also a free and accessible 24-hour Internet point available to guests in the reception area.

9. What do the half board and full board include?
Those who book a room with half-board and full board, in addition to the room in bed and breakfast, can choose between lunch and dinner in the first case, and has both services included in the second case. Drinks are not included in the packages. Are excluded the drinks at the bar, the minibar (can be activated on request at a cost of euro 30 per week including 2 bottles of water, two drinks and a succho of fruit for each day and consumption) you can receive more information by contacting the Reception of the hotel.

10. Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Yes, but only small size (max. 7/8 kg only allowed in the room and not in the restaurant) and with a small supplement (usually euro 50.00 weekly-the only cost for sanitizing the room at the start)

11. Is it true that the railway passes by the hotel?
Yes, unfortunately it is true, in the vicinity of the hotel, pass the railroad tracks, as they pass near hundreds of other hotels located by the sea on the whole Adriatic coast, from Venice to Brindisi. Moreover, in the years 40/50, when the Adriatic Railway was built, the tracks were placed just behind the sea, first because those lands were uncultivatable due to their rocky and sandy composition and then because, considered the plain of the littoral Marino was easier to build. Our hotel is not very far from the tracks, but it is also true that the train passes fast in 30 seconds, the windows are soundproofed with double glazing, shutters and heavy curtains, so closing the noises are acceptable. The advantage of being right in the front row on the sea and a stone’s throw from the old town, well worth this little discomfort.

12. Is there a bar inside the hotel?
Yes, inside the hotel there is a bar open 16 hours a day that also offers a wide choice of long and short drinks, ice cream and various appetizers to be consumed also in the garden of the pine wood in front, with the sign of good music, entertainment evenings and piano.

13. What are the ways to deposit the 20% deposit?

14. Can I combine the various offers offered by the hotel?
No, the various offers and discounts made by the hotel are not cumulative and are intended to be related to the individual proposals and valid for the time period indicated!

15. Can I have a seaview room?
The hotel occupies only a few floors of the building; The rooms are mostly located perpendicular to the sea, only some rooms have a view on a glimpse of the sea. You can request a room facing the sea, (there will be a small fee) but for organizational reasons we can not guarantee 100% that request is granted.

16. Do I have an allergy/food intolerance, celiac disease, hotel offers adequate nutrition?
You can request the preparation of alternative dishes, cooked separately, without any soprapprezzo at the time of booking.

How to reach Grottammare and the structure

The Hotel is just 30 meters from the sea of ​​Grottammare!

From Falconara Airport (AN)
Route of about 90 km. Take the A14 motorway towards Bari and exit at the Grottammare exit. Then, at the exit of the tollgate turn left and go straight ahead towards the sea. Just 5 minutes by car or taxi. About 4 km. Take the Lungomare and continue towards Grottammare. Go along the Lungomare della Repubblica and stop at no. 3, you have come to the La Perla Preziosa hotel.
