The TITANIC Restaurant<\/strong><\/p>\n

The TITANIC Restaurant placed on two levels joined by an impressive staircase in solid wood galley style, with large panoramic windows overlooking the beach and the sea. The culinary tradition of the Marche region, inland and seafaring, is flanked by light, fresh and light dishes, vegetarian cuisine and menus designed specifically for those who love both wellness and good taste. At TITANIC you can taste traditional dishes and fish dishes from the Adriatic Sea; famous is the “brodetto alla SanBenedettese” and the “Olive all’Ascolana”.<\/p>\n

Chef Lorenzo with his staff (official members of the Accademia del Gusto<\/a>) and the Maitre Paolo, make every lunch and dinner very pleasant.<\/p>\n

The TIPICO’ Inn<\/strong><\/p>\n

Furnished in Old West style mixed with Irish Pub style, it is youthful and with strong characteristics of conviviality and familiarity. The protagonist of the menu are the meat and local vegetables. Our Marchigiana meat cames from the nearby hills (Ripatransone, Offida, Appignano del Tronto, Rotella). Rich, varied and always prepared with seasonal products and locally produced, at 0 km, is the buffet with grilled vegetables, rustic pizza, various types of salami, cheeses, puddings, beans, fresh salads, saut\u00e9ed vegetables, vegetables gratin, rice salad.<\/p>\n
